Will Preparation and Review

We represent Estate Trustees who seek directions from the Court, applicants for guardianship orders of incapable persons under the Substitute Decisions Act, dependants who seek support from Estates under the Succession Law Reform Act, and parties to disputes over estates both through conventional litigation services and through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms by acting as mediators or arbitrators. We will also litigate estate disputes or bring court applications to determine questions of interpretation for wills or trusts.
